    Thank you for this update. However when I checked issue, it looks like it's from the game server side. If I checked this issue, it seems that the game server is at "TENCENT-CN" cloud but their network is quite unstable from the outside of China.

my game ping is not reducing.when i purchased mudfish and logged in for the first time it was working now the 2nd day the basic mode (selected node same as 1st day setting) now working

안녕하세요 일본에서 약4일간 던전앤파이터란 게임에 접속해서 사용하려는 유저입니다. 문의사항이 있는데

1. 던파내에 해외ip차단 프로그램에 가입되어 있어서 이걸 해제하지 않아도 접속가능한지 와

2. 제가 던전앤파이터 로그인시 넥슨 아이디가 아니라 네이버 통합 로그인으로 로그인을 하는데 검색해보니 네이버로그인시 vpn으로도 접속이 안된다는 글들이 있어서

이 두 부분에 대하여 답변 가능한지 문의 드립니다. 감사합니다~

    음... 일단 Full VPN 모드 로 한국 KT 쪽 중계 서버를 잡고 한번 시도를 해보시기 바랍니다.

    제대로 동작을 한다면, 기본적으로 한국 public IP 로 게임이든 네이버든 접속이 되기 때문에 접속 가능할 가능성이 높습니다. 만약 어떠한 이유로 선택하신 중계 서버가 동작하지 않는다면 다른 중계 서버로도 시도를 해보시길 권해드립니다.

Dear [Support Team/Customer Service],

I hope this message finds you well.

Today, I intended to purchase 5,900 KRW worth of credit. However, due to an error, I accidentally purchased credits worth 55,000 KRW and 22,000 KRW using Apple Pay with my debit card. The second transaction was made because I believed the first payment had not gone through. Later, I noticed that the full amounts for both transactions were deducted together.

As I only need the 5,900 KRW credit, I kindly request one of the following options:

  1. Retain 5,900 KRW as credit in my account and refund the remaining amount, or
  2. Refund the full amount, so I can make the correct purchase again.

Please let me know if you require any additional information to process the refund.

    No problem. However if you paid with Apple InApp purchase, please check Refund Policy and contact to Apple because Mudfish doesn't have a permission to handle your refund request.

    대부분의 유저들이 본 게임을 p2p형식으로 알고있으며 개발사에서도 p2p형식으로 공지했었던 것으로 알고 있습니다.

    @afsalkadar Thank you for this response. I can confirm that your payment was missing at Mudfish side. So I manually added your mudfish credits right now. Please check and let me know if there's something I missed.

요즘 서버 관리가 너무 안되고 있는것 같은데 예전에 롤이나 로아 했을땐 그래도 핑이 많이 튀지않았는데 요즘은 매일 매일 핑이 튀는데 ㄹㅇ 여기에서 돈 쓰는게 아까울 지경이네요. 몇년간 계속 써왔는데 관리좀 하세요 좀 더 지켜보고 안된다 싶으면 그냥 다른 곳으로 옮길렵니다.
